Use this article if you encounter an error or unexpected behavior during Noah ES setup. Each section describes a specific symptom and the steps to resolve it.
Common scenarios and solutions
Scenario: Manufacturer modules are missing after setup
Symptom: After completing setup, manufacturer fitting software (for example, Oticon Genie, Phonak Target, or ReSound Smart Fit) no longer appears in Noah.
Resolution: Reinstall the affected modules directly from each manufacturer's portal. Download links are available at HIMSA – Noah modules.
Scenario: A program cannot be uninstalled
Symptom: You receive a permissions error or the uninstall fails when trying to remove Sycle Noah Sync, CounselEar Sync, or Noah 4.
Resolution:
Close the Uninstall a Program window.
Open Control Panel again by right-clicking and selecting Run as administrator.
Retry the uninstall.
If the error persists, contact Suno Support before proceeding.
Scenario: Expected program is not in the uninstall list
Symptom: You cannot find Sycle Noah Sync, CounselEar Sync, or another expected program in Uninstall a Program.
Resolution: Use the search field in Uninstall a Program to search by name. If the program still does not appear, it may not be installed on this computer — contact Suno Support to confirm before proceeding.
Scenario: Login fails after installing Noah
Symptom: Noah opens but you cannot log in, or you receive a login error.
Resolution:
Confirm your Noah ES credentials are correct.
Confirm the server is set to
Noah ES US— not a local server or any other option.Restart the computer and try again.
Scenario: Installation fails or freezes
Symptom: The Noah installer stops responding, returns an error, or the computer becomes unresponsive during installation.
Resolution:
Confirm admin access is available on the computer.
Confirm the device stayed on and did not go to sleep during installation.
Restart the computer and run the installer again.
