Use this guide if your clinic is currently on TIMS and is migrating to Suno. This process removes the TIMS–Noah integration and reconnects Noah to Noah ES for use with Suno.
Before you start
Review the Noah ES setup: start here article before proceeding. Confirm you have noted your installed manufacturer modules and that your device meets the readiness requirements.
Important: Do not perform these steps until your scheduled cutover — the Friday before Go Live. Completing them early will immediately break the TIMS–Noah integration.
What you need to know
TIMS integrates directly with Noah — all data flows through TIMS, not local storage
No data export is required before proceeding
