Use this guide if your clinic is currently on HearForm and is migrating to Suno. HearForm is typically locally hosted, which means a data export is required before you begin. This process replaces your existing Noah installation and reconnects Noah to Noah ES for use with Suno.
Before you start
Review the Noah ES setup: start here article before proceeding. Confirm you have noted your installed manufacturer modules and that your device meets the readiness requirements.
Important: You must complete the data export below before running the setup steps. Do not skip this section.

HearForm is typically locally hosted and requires manual data extraction before setup
Your upgrade path depends on the Noah version currently installed — check this before downloading
Export your Noah data (required)
Navigate to Noah Administration.
Open Noah Console.
Navigate to Database Administration.
Select the Backup option under Service.
Click Backup to generate the backup file.
Click Open backup location to locate the file.
Drag and drop the backup file into the Suno shared drive.
Setup steps
Step 1: Check your current Noah version
In Noah, navigate to Help > About and note your current version number.
Step 2: Determine your upgrade path

4.13 or earlier | Install 4.14 (Click Here To Install), then install 4.117 |
4.14 or later | Install 4.117 only |
Already on 4.117 | Skip to Step 4 |
Step 3: Download and install Noah 4.117
Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen installation prompts to completion.
Step 4: Set Up Noah Configuration Wizard
The Noah Configuration Wizard window opens after Noah installation completes.
Select option 4 for a Noah ES setup.
Then click Next
Then click Finish
Step 5: Sign into Noah ES
Open Noah after installation.
Enter your Noah ES credentials.
When prompted for a server, select
Noah ES US.
Step 6: Verify manufacturer modules
Confirm your manufacturer modules are present. Reinstall any that are missing. Download links are available at HIMSA – Noah modules.
