Use this guide if this is a brand new computer with no previous Noah or practice management software installed. If Noah has ever been installed on this computer, stop and refer to the correct migration guide — starting with Noah ES setup: start here.
Before you start
Confirm your Noah ES login credentials are available — you will need them during setup
Admin access is available on the computer
Internet connection is stable
Device will stay on — disable sleep mode for the duration of setup
Setup steps
Step 1: Download Noah 4.117
Click the link below to download the installer directly from HIMSA:
Step 2: Run the installer
Open the downloaded file.
Follow the on-screen installation prompts to completion.
Step 3: Set Up Noah Configuration Wizard
The Noah Configuration Wizard window opens after Noah installation completes.
Select option 4 for a Noah ES setup.
Then click Next
Then click Finish
Step 4: Open Noah
Open Noah once installation is complete.
Step 5: Sign into Noah ES
Enter your Noah ES credentials.
When prompted for a server, select
Noah ES US.
Step 6: Verify the installation
Confirm Noah opens without errors
Confirm your login completes successfully
Step 7: Install manufacturer modules (if needed)
Install only the modules your clinic uses. Download links are available at HIMSA – Noah modules.
