In this documentation, we’ll teach you how to set up different Appointment Outcome Reasons that you can use to track the various reasons why a Sales Opportunity appointment was either Converted or Not Converted. These Outcomes are useful for reporting and identifying any potential trouble-areas for your practice.
Setting Up Your Appointment Outcome Reasons
First, navigate to the
Settings Modulewhere you will find theAppointment Outcome Reasonssubmenu.Here you will find your list of
Appointment Outcome Reasonsif there are any already set up. If you need to add a new reason, you can select the+ New Appointment Outcome Reasonbutton towards the top-right as shown here.
Give the Reason title such as
Financial IssueorSale. You can also select the associated outcome of eitherNot Converted,Excluded, orConverted. This will affect when eachReasonoption will appear depending on the overallOutcome.
Once everything is set correctly, select
Save.
Now when you go to Complete a Sales Opportunity appointment, alongside the Outcome you’ll be able to select the set Reasons.
