Appointment Outcome Reasons

Learn how to set up custom Appointment Outcome Reasons for tracking the results of Sales Opportunity Appointments

In this documentation, we’ll teach you how to set up different Appointment Outcome Reasons that you can use to track the various reasons why a Sales Opportunity appointment was either Converted or Not Converted. These Outcomes are useful for reporting and identifying any potential trouble-areas for your practice.

Setting Up Your Appointment Outcome Reasons

  1. First, navigate to the Settings Module where you will find the Appointment Outcome Reasons submenu.

  2. Here you will find your list of Appointment Outcome Reasons if there are any already set up. If you need to add a new reason, you can select the + New Appointment Outcome Reason button towards the top-right as shown here.

  3. Give the Reason title such as Financial Issue or Sale. You can also select the associated outcome of either Not Converted, Excluded, or Converted. This will affect when each Reason option will appear depending on the overall Outcome.

  4. Once everything is set correctly, select Save.

Now when you go to Complete a Sales Opportunity appointment, alongside the Outcome you’ll be able to select the set Reasons.
