Tags are a useful feature that allows you to keep better track of certain actions within your scheduling system and help you stay organized. This guide explains how to add tags to your appointments and utilize them effectively in your workflow.

Why Use Tags?

Tags provide a straightforward way to note specific actions taken during appointment scheduling. For instance, if a patient has not confirmed their appointment, and you've attempted to contact them by leaving a voicemail, a tag can be added to denote this. This helps you and your team visibly track the progress of each appointment.

How to Add Tags to Appointments

  1. Select the Appointment: Locate and select the appointment in the scheduler that you wish to tag.

  2. Add the Tag: Click on the “Add Tag” option.

  3. Choose the Appropriate Tag: Select the tag that fits the action taken, such as "Voicemail Left".

Tags are visible to all team members, enabling quick and efficient team communication.

  • Create Custom Tags: You can create as many tags as you need to suit your practice’s organizational requirements.
