In this article, we'll walk you through the process of sharing an `Audiology Report` with either the physician or the patient through email or fax.
First, locate the audiology report that needs to be sent under the patient’s
Reportssection. Note: If it is aDraftreport, it will need to beSignedfirst as the options toFaxorEmailthe report will be grayed-out (see step 2), but if it is already signed by the provider then you can selectView Report.
If the report is in
Draftstatus, this means that it has yet to be signed by the provider. In order to sign the report, click either theEdit ReportorView Reportoption; editing the report will allow you to make any adjustments while the view option will take you straight to thePDF Preview(if you selectView Reportand need to edit it, you can select the←button to go to theEditingscreen as shown in the second screenshot below).
Once it is confirmed that everything looks correct, you can then select the
Sign Reportbutton.
Now the report is ready to be either
EmailedorFaxedto the necessary parties.
