Sharing Audiology Reports

Learn how to either fax or email your audiology reports to your patients or their providers

In this article, we'll walk you through the process of sharing an `Audiology Report` with either the physician or the patient through email or fax.

  1. First, locate the audiology report that needs to be sent under the patient’s Reports section. Note: If it is a Draft report, it will need to be Signed first as the options to Fax or Email the report will be grayed-out (see step 2), but if it is already signed by the provider then you can select View Report.

  2. If the report is in Draft status, this means that it has yet to be signed by the provider. In order to sign the report, click either the Edit Report or View Report option; editing the report will allow you to make any adjustments while the view option will take you straight to the PDF Preview (if you select View Report and need to edit it, you can select the button to go to the Editing screen as shown in the second screenshot below).

  3. Once it is confirmed that everything looks correct, you can then select the Sign Report button.

  4. Now the report is ready to be either Emailed or Faxed to the necessary parties.
