How to Send Faxes Using the Suno Platform

This guide explains how to send files via fax using the Suno platform, covering different methods to streamline your workflow.

1. Sending a Fax from the Main Dashboard

  • Access the Fax Modal:

    • Click the fax icon located in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the fax modal window.

  • Input Recipient Information:

    • Add a physician from your list of referring physicians.

    • Enter the fax number.

    • Update the recipient and sender names if necessary

    • Note: Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

  • Update Additional Details:

    • Update the subject line and assign the fax to a specific patient, as this will appear in the patient’s profile under touchpoints for accurate record keeping.

  • Add a Cover Page:

    • You can include a cover page, which can be customized. Add any notes to appear on the fax cover page.

  • Select and Upload Documents:

    • Choose to upload documents from your computer or select files from the patient’s E-Documents section.

  • Send the Fax:

    • Once all information is correct, click “Send.”

2. Sending a Fax from the E-Documents Section

  • Initiate Faxing a File:

    • In the E-Documents section of a patient’s profile, select a file to see the “Fax Selected File” option.

  • Pre-Filled Information:

    • Since you are faxing from a patient’s profile, the referring physician and fax number are pre-filled, and the fax is associated with the patient.

3. Faxing Multiple Files

  • Select Multiple Files:

    • Click “Fax Multiple Files” to open a window with file options.

    • Search for or navigate to the files you need and click the checkbox next to each file.

  • Send Selected Files:

    • Click “Fax Selected Files” to open the fax window.

4. Sending Audiology Reports

  • Access Audiology Reports:

    • Navigate to the Reports section and select a signed report.

  • Fax the Report:

    • Use the option to fax the report directly to share with other providers for continuing patient care.
