Touchpoints are powerful marketing tools designed to help maintain consistent communication with your patients regarding their care, fostering patient retention. Touchpoints can be fully automated or serve as reminders for manual follow-up actions such as phone calls.
Creating Touchpoints
You can create a touchpoint for your patients from two primary areas:
1. Patient Header
Navigate to the patient's profile.
On the right-hand side, click + New Touchpoint to quickly set up a touchpoint without leaving the profile.
2. Marketing Module
Select the Marketing module to view Upcoming Touchpoints by default.
Click + New Touchpoint in the top-right corner to open the modal workflow.

Search for Patient:
Choose Communication Method:
Assign Staff:
Schedule Date and Time:
Required for all communication methods.
Compose Message (Automated Only):
Use the word processor to draft your message.
Leverage templates for consistency and efficiency.
Add Additional Notes:
Useful for manual touchpoints to guide the assigned staff.

Utilize tabs to filter:

Filter by:
Assigned Touchpoints
View touchpoints specifically assigned to you.
Use tabs and filters to manage efficiently.
Notification tickers will indicate pending touchpoints.
