Touchpoints are powerful marketing tools designed to help maintain consistent communication with your patients regarding their care, fostering patient retention. Touchpoints can be fully automated or serve as reminders for manual follow-up actions such as phone calls.

Creating Touchpoints

You can create a touchpoint for your patients from two primary areas:

1. Patient Header

  • Navigate to the patient's profile.

  • On the right-hand side, click + New Touchpoint to quickly set up a touchpoint without leaving the profile.

2. Marketing Module

  • Select the Marketing module to view Upcoming Touchpoints by default.

  • Click + New Touchpoint in the top-right corner to open the modal workflow.

Setting Up a Touchpoint

  1. Search for Patient:

    • Click the search field and type the patient’s name or Suno ID.

    • If initiated from the Patient Header, the patient will already be pre-selected.

  2. Choose Communication Method:

    • Automated: Schedule messages via Text or Email.

    • Manual: Assign tasks such as Voice Call or Direct Mail to a staff member.

  3. Assign Staff:

    • Note: Mandatory for manual touchpoints to ensure follow-up.

    • Assigned staff will receive notifications in the Marketing module.

  4. Schedule Date and Time:

    • Required for all communication methods.

  5. Compose Message (Automated Only):

    • Use the word processor to draft your message.

    • Leverage templates for consistency and efficiency.
