Suno Help Center: Navigating Suno

Using the Search Bar

At the top of every module screen, you’ll find the search bar, powered by ElasticSearch. This allows you to search for patients using multiple data points, such as:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Suno ID

  • Hearing aid serial number

Patient Search

If you search for a patient through one of the above data points, the system will display a list of matching patients with age and phone number for identification. Users can also add profile pictures for easier recognition.

Accessing a Patient’s EMR

Clicking on a patient’s name will open their Electronic Medical Record (EMR). More details on using the EMR are available in a separate guide.

Privacy Mode

The Privacy Mode button is located on the top bar. This feature hides personal identifying information, which is useful when sharing your screen.

Creating and Assigning Tasks

Suno allows you to create task reminders and assign them to other staff members. When a task is assigned, the recipient will receive a notification.

How to Create a Task

  1. Navigate to the Tasks section.

  2. Click Create and enter the details.

  3. Assign the task to a staff member.

  4. Click Save to finalize the task assignment.

Switching Between Clinics

To switch clinics:

  1. Click on the clinic name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select the clinic you want to switch to from the dropdown menu.

Sending Emails

Suno features an outbound, no-reply email function for sending messages efficiently.

Notifications

The notification bell in the top-right corner alerts you to incoming messages and other important updates.

Accessing Personal Settings and Logging Out

Clicking on your profile picture provides access to:

  • Personal settings

  • Logout option

Opening Multiple Tabs

Suno allows you to open multiple tabs for better workflow management. Since it is a web-based application, you can right-click on any section and select “Open in a new tab” to navigate without losing your place.
