Clinic-Wide Task Management

If you need to review all of the tasks within the clinic regardless of who they are assigned to, you can utilize the Clinic Tasks Modal to do so.

  • Clinic Tasks Modal:

    • Select the Clinic Tasks Modal window icon after opening the Tasks module:

    • Within the Clinic Tasks Modal window, you'll be able to view all of the tasks within the clinic. You can apply the following filters to narrow down your selection:

      • Assignee

      • Created By

      • Status: Defaults to “To Do” and “In Progress”

      • Priority

      • Date Range

    • You can also select the Download CSV button in order to retrieve a copy of the tasks (this is affected by the selected filters).

Task Communication

Leaving comments on tasks is a great way to communicate with your team, allowing you to provide updates or follow-up items for your tasks.

  • Adding Comments:

    • Click “View Comments” beneath a task.

    • Alternatively, open the Clinic Tasks Modal, select a specific task, and click the comment button.

    • Use this space to discuss tasks with team members.
