This documentation will walk you through how to effectively utilize the built-in messaging features within Suno, enabling you to communicate efficiently with your patients about their appointments and other inquiries.

Accessing Messages

You can access your messages to patients in two ways:

1. Through the Inbox Module

  • You can find the Inbox module on the left-hand side of your Suno interface.

  • Here, you will see all text message communications with all your patients.
Note: Conversations are ordered based on the most recent activity.

  • Click into any conversation to view the entire conversation history.

  • Patient Information: On the right side of the messages, you’ll find patient details including contact information, current hearing aids, recent orders, and options for actions like scheduling appointments or creating invoices.

2. Through the Patient’s EMR

  • Navigate to Touchpoints > Messages on the left side of the patient’s EMR

Additional Features

Assigning Conversations

  • Click the Assign/Reassign Conversation to... button and select the appropriate staff member who needs to respond to the patient.

Toggles and Filters

  • Hide Automatic Texts: Toggle this option to remove automated messages and focus on messages exchanged between you and the patient.

  • Include Messages from Other Clinics: This is active by default. Deactivate if you only want to see messages from your specific clinic.

  • Filter by Assigned Conversations: View only the conversations assigned to you to ensure your patients receive prompt responses.

Templates and Speech-to-Text

  • Use templates and speech-to-text for quick responses to common patient inquiries.

AI Writing Enhancement

  • Write your message and click “Enhance Writing” to have the AI rewrite your message. You can also use the wand icon next to patient messages to generate responses.

We hope this guide helps you make the most of Suno's two-way texting features. If you have further questions, please reach out, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
