Learn how to search and filter to find the patients you need.

This document outlines the various methods available for reviewing patient information within Suno, either via the search bar or through the Patients module.

Searching for Patients

Through the Top Search Bar:

  • Use various data points to search for a patient, including:

    • Patient Name

    • Phone Number

    • Email Address

    • Unique Suno ID

    • Hearing Aid Serial Number

Within the Patients Module:

  • The search functionality is available in the top right corner, allowing for searches using the same data points as above.

Filtering Patients in the Patients Module

  • Active Patients: Automatically displays all active patients within your practice.

  • Patients Ready for Delivery: Lists patients with devices checked-in and ready for delivery.

  • Unconfirmed Appointments (Next 3 Days): Identifies patients with upcoming appointments that need confirmation.

  • Cancelled/No-Show Appointments: Displays all patients who have canceled or did not show up for their appointments.

  • Waitlist: Shows patients on the waitlist, useful for filling available time slots.

  • Needs Rescheduling: Shows any patients that require rescheduling based on their response to the automated confirmation message. Any patients that reply with "No" will appear here.

  • Deactivated Patients: Lists patients who have been deactivated, allowing reactivation if necessary.

Additional Filters

  • Tags: Filter patients by tags for more precise search results.

  • More Filters: Includes options to filter by:

    • Preferred Communication Source

    • Provider

    • Warranty Expiration
