This document outlines the workflow for managing an appointment from start to finish. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment process.
Step 1: Confirm Arrival
Mark Patient as Arrived:
Step 2: Chart Note Creation
A chart note is automatically created and attached to the appointment once the patient is marked as arrived.
If the appointment type includes an automatic invoice, it will also be generated.
Step 3: Access Patient Profile
View Chart Note:
Manage Invoice
Step 4: Complete the Appointment
You can complete the appointment either from the patient header or by updating the appointment status in the scheduler.
Ensure the checkboxes for the Chart Notes and Invoice are selected, indicating completion.
Step 5: Conversion Screen (Sales Opportunity Appointments)

Step 6: Additional Details
Add patient tags as needed.
Review the appointment checklist.
Mark if a companion attended.
Finalize Appointment
Ensure all information is complete.
Click “Confirm” to finalize the appointment.
The icon will update to a checkmark, indicating the appointment is completed.
