Suno Help Center: Logging In and Getting Started
Accessing Suno
To access Suno, open your preferred web browser and navigate to app.suno.tech. Since Suno is a web-based application, it is compatible with any modern browser.
Logging In
On the login page, enter your credentials. Your onboarding team will provide you with your login details, including a temporary password for your initial sign-in.
If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to reset it.
Adjusting Zoom for Optimal Viewing
For the best user experience, adjust your Zoom setting to 80%:
Ex. In Google Chrome, click the three dots in the top right corner and modify the Zoom setting.
Navigating the Dashboard
Once logged in, you will be directed to the Scheduling module, which serves as your homepage. The left sidebar contains various modules, with the currently selected module highlighted by a white box.
Updating Your Password
If this is your first time logging in with a temporary password, please update it immediately:
Navigate to Settings > Personal Settings.
Select Security & Password.
Enter your current password, set a new one, and click “Change Password” to save the update.
Updating Personal Details
Under Settings > Personal Settings > Personal Details, you can:
Update your name, title, and role.
Upload a profile picture.
Add your NPI and License Number.
Create or upload your signature.
Managing Your Signature
To add a signature:
Navigate to the Personal Details section.
Choose to upload an image or draw your signature manually.
If you need to replace it, click the delete button and add a new one.
Setting Up Your Schedule
To configure your availability:
Go to the Schedule tab.
Select up to two clinics at a time.
Set your available days and hours.
If your schedule is the same across multiple days, click “Copy Time to All” to apply it automatically.
