Connect your Google Calendar to Suno to keep your appointments and schedules in sync. This feature is available to all staff members in your practice.
Prerequisites
You need a Google account with at least one calendar.
Connect Your Google Account
Click Settings in the left navigation menu.
Click Google Calendars in the Settings sidebar.
Under Connection, click Connect to Google Calendar.
βA Google sign-in window opens. Select the Google account you want to connect.
On the consent screen, review the permissions Suno is requesting. Click Allow to grant Suno access to your Google Calendar.
You are redirected back to Suno. A green banner reads: "Google account connected successfully!"
Click Add Calendar to Suno.
β
Suno imports your Google calendars and displays them in a table.
Choose Which Calendars to Sync
After connecting, a table lists all calendars from your Google account. Each calendar has two sync controls:
Enable Sync turns on one-way sync. Future updates from the selected Google calendar appear on your Suno calendar.
Two-way turns on bidirectional sync. Future updates from your Suno calendar also appear on the selected Google calendar.
To enable sync for a calendar:
Find the calendar in the table under the Google Name column.
Toggle the Enable Sync switch to the on position.
(Optional) Toggle the Two-way switch to the on position for bidirectional sync.
Important: Only future events sync after you enable a calendar. Suno does not backfill historical events from Google Calendar.
The Two-way toggle is only available when Enable Sync is turned on. If you turn off Enable Sync, the Two-way toggle turns off automatically.
Reconnect or Disconnect Your Google Account
Each calendar row includes two action buttons:
Reconnect opens the Google sign-in flow again. Use this if your connection has expired or you need to re-authorize.
Disconnect removes the Google account connection from Suno. All synced calendars for that account are removed.
To disconnect:
Click Disconnect on any calendar row.
The connection is removed and the page returns to the unconnected state.
Expected Results
After completing setup, you will see:
A table of your Google calendars with their sync status
An info banner that reads: "'Enable Sync' will sync all future updates from the selected Google calendar to your Suno calendar. Enabling 'Two Way' will also apply future updates from your Suno calendar to your Google calendar."
New events created in your synced Google calendars appear on your Suno calendar
If two-way sync is enabled, new Suno appointments appear on your Google calendar
Troubleshooting
"Calendar access was not granted. Please reconnect and allow calendar permissions."
You did not grant calendar permissions during the Google sign-in process. Click Connect to Google Calendar again and make sure you click Allow on the Google consent screen.
"Your Google Calendar connection has expired. Please reconnect in Settings."
Your Google authorization token has expired and could not be refreshed automatically. Go to Settings > Google Calendars and click Reconnect to re-authorize your account.
