Saved Views

Learn how to save commonly used filters as "Views"

The Saved Views feature allows you to store your commonly used search or filter criteria so you can quickly access them for future reporting. This functionality is only available on certain reports, such as the Patients report.

Accessing Saved Views

You’ll find the Saved Views dropdown menu toward the top-right corner of the screen on eligible reports.

Creating a Saved View

  1. Set your filters
    Choose the filters you want to apply to your report. You can combine multiple filters, such as Last HA Purchase From and Clinic, to narrow down your results.

  2. Save the View

    • Click the green triangle button to the right of the Saved Views field and select Save.

    • In the dialog box that appears:

      • Enter a Title for your saved view.

      • Optionally, add a Description for reference.

      • Choose whether the view should be Public (visible to others) or Private (visible only to you).

      • Once your details are entered, click Save to store your view.

Using Saved Views

After saving, your view will appear in the Saved Views dropdown list. Simply select a saved view to instantly apply your preferred filters and switch between different sets of criteria as needed.
