The Saved Views feature allows you to store your commonly used search or filter criteria so you can quickly access them for future reporting. This functionality is only available on certain reports, such as the Patients report.
Accessing Saved Views
You’ll find the Saved Views dropdown menu toward the top-right corner of the screen on eligible reports.
Creating a Saved View
Set your filters
Choose the filters you want to apply to your report. You can combine multiple filters, such asLast HA Purchase FromandClinic, to narrow down your results.
Save the View
Click the green triangle button to the right of the
Saved Viewsfield and selectSave.

Using Saved Views
After saving, your view will appear in the Saved Views dropdown list. Simply select a saved view to instantly apply your preferred filters and switch between different sets of criteria as needed.
