This document outlines the steps required to create a marketing campaign.
Navigate to the
Marketingmodule and then theCampaignssubmenu.Select
Activate New Campaignbutton towards the top-right and a pop-up will display
In the pop-up, select the
Campaigntype from the list provided
There are a number of campaigns that are already set up and ready to go, for example:
Birthday
HA Purchased Day 1
HA Purchased follow up week 1
HA Clean and Check
Select Communication Method
Choose different communication methods for the campaign and they can be automated or manual:
Text/SMS(Automated)Email(Automated)Voice call(Manual)Direct Mail(Manual)
Note: You cannot create two campaigns of the same type; for example, if you create a campaign with the Text/SMS communication method, you cannot create a separate campaign with the Email communication method.
After selecting each type and method, you are able to review how this campaign works as highlighted in the screenshot below:
You’ll also see the default templates that are created for the campaign. These can be edited once the campaign is active:
Select the
Activatebutton to create the campaign
Once a campaign has been activated, it will run automatically without the need for further input, ensuring easy communication with your patients.
Note: Campaigns are created per-clinic, meaning that if you want different campaigns set up across different clinics, you'll be able to switch between them by selecting the appropriate clinic towards the top-right of Suno.
