In this documentation, we'll outline the general uses of the Administration panel so that you can manage your practice with greater precision.
Access to Administration Panel
If you have access to the Administration Panel, you will see the Administration button towards the top-left of Suno as shown below:
Users
You'll notice that the first thing you'll be brought into is the Users panel.
Note: You will also notice that there are quite a few other modules to the left as well; as Suno continues to evolve, these will provide you with more controls over time. If you have any questions regarding any of these modules, please feel free to reach out and we'll be more than happy to assist!
Managing Users
If you want to add a new user, you will select the
New Userbutton towards the top-right
When creating a new user, you can input the following information:
First Name (required)
Last Name (required)
Title
Suffix (ex. Au.D.)
Email Address (required)
Role (Text for title within practice)
Groups; control how each person is viewed and what they can access within the system.
Most of the front office staff should get the
Patient Care Coordinatorrole (given by default when creating a new user).Providers should be assigned the
Audiologistrole.It is also easier for your users if they have the
Administratorrole attached; this allows them to accomplish the majority of their tasks within Suno and have the relative access they need (this is also given by default when creating a new user).Note: The
Administratorrole does not grant full system access, but it does provide entry to essential settings. For example, if a PCC needs to viewReferring Physicians, theAdministratorrole will allow them to do so.If you need any role changes or adjustments, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.
The
Business Ownerrole is strictly for the owners of the practice, clinic managers, or if you have C-level users as a larger practice.
Default Clinic (required)
Access
This section will control what you may or may not want a user to be able to see.
Has Access to Financials
If this is turned off, the user will not be able to see
Sales Reports,Revenue Reports, etc.
Has Access to Admin Panel
Determines whether or not you want the user to be able to access the Administration panel.
Able to Delete Invoices
Select if you would like the user to be able to delete invoices or not.
Allow to Initiate Tilled Refunds
If initiating
Tilledrefunds throughSunois enabled for your practice, this will enable the user to initiate those refunds directly.
Clinics
This allows you to select which clinics the user is able to be scheduled for.
Schedule
Related to Clinics, this will allow you to set the schedule for the user at each clinic they are assigned to.
