Chat Support
For quick assistance, you can reach out to us via live chat:
Click the chat icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select the "Send us a message" option.
Type your message and send it directly to our support team.
You’ll receive notifications when a support representative responds.
Submitting an Issue
If you need to report a specific issue, you can use the Help feature:
Click the Help button located below the chat icon.
A screenshot of your current browser tab will be automatically captured.
Optionally, annotate the screenshot to highlight the issue.
Fill out the form with a Title and relevant details.
Click Create Issue to submit your request.
Our support team will review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.
